Atlas Florida 2004 model 30’ x 10’, Six Berth Holiday Home.  With two bedrooms consisting of one double bedroom, one twin and a double pull out bed in the lounge area.  Double Glazed windows are Electric panel heating fitted in the holiday home as well as a gas fire in the lounge.

Sited on Golden Beach, Ingoldmells.  This is a former letting van, let on Golden Beach and is sited with an automatic gas changeover valve installed.

Gas Bottles with Auto Changeover Valves.
TV. Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Pots and Pans, and Cutlery.  All ready for you to move in.

For your safety a Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket and Emergency Rechargeable Torch have been fitted.

Insurance is available on site.
